At DEN OF DRIP, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time  
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges  
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.  
For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee may apply at checkout.

Order Tracking  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your delivery.

Delivery Delays  
Sometimes delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Address  
Please make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
